Advisor to the Ministry of Education (2003-2005), took part in the creation and implementation of the University for All Program (PROUNI). During this period, she also worked on the work related to the enactment of Law 10861/2004, which created the National System for the Evaluation of Higher Education (SINAES) . She held the position of Director of Health Education Management of the Secretariat of Labor Management and Health Education (SGTES) from 2005 to 2010, participating in the idealization and implementation of Pró-Saúde, Telessaúde Brasil, Commission National Multiprofessional Residency in Health (CNRMS), by the National Health Education Policy, Health Work Education Program - PET Saúde. Postdoctoral studies by the Odontological Human Resources Observatory of the Dentistry School of the University of São Paulo (2010). She is currently an associate professor at the State University of Londrina. She has experience in coordinating multidisciplinary studies and in management and evaluation of higher education in the area of health and especially in dentistry. He was a member of the Intersectoral Commission on Oral Health of the Ministry of Education, National Commission for the Supervision of Courses-SESu-MEC and international (CONAES-MEC-Mercosur-Dentistry). Elisa Emi Tanaka Graduated in Dentistry from the State University of Londrina (1991), Master in Dentistry (Oral Diagnosis - Radiology) at the University of São Paulo (1996) and Doctorate in Dentistry (Oral Diagnosis - Radiology) at the University of São Paulo (2000). She is currently a full time associate professor at the State University of Londrina, an institutional evaluator and a National System for the Evaluation of Higher Education Institutions (SINAES) and an Evaluator of the ARCU-SUR System (MERCOSUR Course Accreditation System). He has experience in the area of Dentistry, with emphasis on Oral Diagnosis, working mainly in the following subjects: oral diagnosis, temporomandibular disorders, magnetic resonance, computed tomography and teaching in Dentistry. She was Coordinator of the Dentistry Course of the State University of Londrina from 2010 to 2014 and Coordinator of the PRÓ-SAÚDE Odontologia / UEL Project from 2007 to 2013. She is currently head of the Oral Medicine and Dentistry Department at UEL.
