The National Policy of Permanent Health Education (PNEPS) is a part of the structural axes of the organizational improvement of health services. Permanent education is learning from the work process, where learning and teaching are incorporated into the daily life of organizations. PNEPS is one of the strategies of SUS for the development of its workers and the organizational improvement in the scope of services and of the management, with the objective to contribute to the necessary reorientation of training processes, of the pedagogical practices and of health and of the organization of services. It is based on the articulated work between the health system in its management spheres, and the educational institutions, on the identification of everyday problems in the process of work in health and on the collective and shared solutions. Permanent education has consolidated itself and incorporated itself to the agenda of management of health with integrating shaft between education and work.
